Job Overview

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using

  ReactJS and Next.js

• Lead front-end architecture, component design, and reusable code structure
• Implement and optimize features like

  SSR, ISR, dynamic routing, and API integrations in Next.js

• Drive front-end performance improvements, web vitals (like INP, CLS, TTFB), and SEO compliance
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams to bring pixel-perfect designs to life
• Use tools like Storybook for component documentation and reuse
• Integrate AI-assisted tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, AI-based code generation, or testing) into development workflow
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with

  ReactJS

• Strong understanding of

  SSR, static generation, routing, and API integrations

• Proficient in

  JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (TailwindCSS preferred)

• Experience with

  Storybook, Jest, React Testing Library

• Familiarity with

  state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)

• Strong focus on

  performance optimization and web vitals

• Experience working on e-commerce or high-scale consumer-facing platforms
• Working knowledge of AI tools for development acceleration and automation
• Familiar with SEO best practices and accessibility (WCAG)
• Comfortable with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have

• Familiarity with A/B testing tools, analytics, and tag management
• Understanding of internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n)
• Contributions to open-source projects or active GitHub profile
