Position: React Developer

Qualification: Any graduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance

  React.js

  applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  .
• Implement state management using

  Redux, Context API, or React Query

  .
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with

  backend teams

  to ensure seamless communication.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to implement UI/UX improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest React and front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in front-end development with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in

  JavaScript (ES6+) & TypeScript

  .
• Experience with

  Redux, Context API, or other state management tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  React Hooks, Functional Components, and Custom Hooks

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations

  .
• Good understanding of

  HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS

  .
• Experience with

  Webpack, Babel, and other build tools

  .
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like

  Jest, React Testing Library

  .
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like

  JIRA, Trello, or Asana

  .

Communication:

• Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings / scrum meeting
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Astute cross-cultural awareness and experience in working with international teams (especially US)
