1. Demonstrated ability in the techniques of synthetic organic chemistry typically in sulphonating reactions.
2. Hands-on handling of sulphonating reactions.
3.Knowledge of scientific principles; concepts; practices & standards in synthetic chemistry applied to chromatography is required.
4. Experience in analysis & interpretation of compounds using TLC; HPLC; GC; UV etc.
5.Execellent laboratory handling skills in purification of compounds using different chromatographic methods ; crystallization & distillation.
6. Ability to plan independently and manage project time line to achieve project milestones.
