Job Description

3 to 6 years experience in design of
Braking sytem parts, Routing & Wheel ends
Expertise in
CATIA V5
and
PLM
software
Design and CAD (2D/3D) of
Body part, Utility box, Inner cover, Fender etc
Design and CAD (2D/3D) of
Controller stay, Hose routing & their stay, wheel updates, Case bottom, WSS routing
& other VED interfaceparts
Knowledge of
wheel end, wheels and tires
of 2 Wheeler vehicles.
Understanding of various Sheet metal parts manufacturing processes & Brake system routing
Good understanding of Machining, forging and Casting process.
Good knowledge of drawing detailing and
GD & T (Geometric Dimension & Tolerance)
Familiar with engineering bill of material
(EBOM)
Good knowledge of material and technical specification of
2 wheelers
It is an urgent opening who join immediately with a
max notice period of 15-30 days
Good communication skill & technical knowledge
