Join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer for a fintech product company building a

cloud-native core banking and payments SaaS platform

for the European market. In this high-impact role, you will own the

strategic design and implementation of our DevOps ecosystem

, ensuring our platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and built for speed. With deep expertise in

cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD

, you ll lead by example, mentor engineers, and shape our engineering culture. You ll develop enterprise-grade DevOps solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, enabling seamless delivery of a platform that handles sensitive financial transactions under strict regulatory standards.

What You Will Do:

Design and implement DevOps solutions including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and logging.
Architect scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support development and production workloads.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and improve system reliability.
Define and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance across teams.
Lead automation initiatives for build, test, deployment, and configuration management.
Evaluate and integrate tools for source control, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, etc. ).
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
Mentor DevOps engineers and contribute to team growth and capability building.
