R&D & Product Innovation Chef

Role Overview: As the Head Pastry Chef for the Research & Development Department, you will play a crucial role in product innovation. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing innovative recipes for cakes, desserts, pastries, tarts, croissants, danishes, and more. - Elevating and modernizing existing menu items across multiple brands. - Designing festive and seasonal menus tailored to Indian and international audiences. - Documenting each recipe with precision and finalizing standard measurements. - Creating attractive and scalable product designs for franchise or production use. - Calculating product costing with attention to profitability. - Leading recipe trials, shooting video/photo content as needed, and supporting training modules. - Collaborating with marketing and brand teams to successfully launch new products.
