Job Description

Research & Development (R&D) – 5 Years Experience

Position: R&D Officer / Senior Officer
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Maksi, Indore – WOW Inc.
Qualification (Mandatory): M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Analytical / Industrial Chemistry) . Chemistry knowledge is a must.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop new chemical formulations as per project requirements.
Conduct lab-scale trials, process optimization, and formulation stability studies.
Prepare technical documentation including BMR, BPR, and process notes.
Work closely with QC to develop and validate analytical methods.
Support technology transfer to production and assist in scale-up batches.
Research new raw materials, chemicals, and process technologies.
Conduct compatibility studies for raw materials and excipients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines during R&D work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
