Role & Responsibilities
● Assist in formulation development of skin care & personal care products (serums, creams, gels, sunscreens, cleansers, etc.)
● Perform literature studies and technical research on:
○ Active ingredients, excipients, and raw materials
○ Formulation technologies and delivery systems
○ Stability, efficacy, and safety data
○ Global cosmetic trends and innovations
● Support lab-scale trials, reformulations, and optimization
● Conduct raw material evaluation, compatibility, and performance studies
● Assist in stability testing, pH, viscosity, and physical evaluations
● Maintain R&D documentation, literature summaries, batch records, and SOPs
● Support scale-up trials and coordination with the production team
● Stay updated with regulatory guidelines, ingredient restrictions, and compliance requirements

Pay: ₹6,000.94 - ₹12,000.09 per month
