R&D Engineering Manager - PD - PPA Methodologies

As an experienced and innovative engineering leader, you will be responsible for advancing high-performance cores/IPs implementation at Synopsys. Your expertise in developing methodologies for CPUs/GPUs and Interface IPs, focusing on optimal performance with minimal power consumption, will be crucial for this dynamic role. You will collaborate with a team of experts to develop PPA methodologies for complex IPs and drive flow development for advanced high-performance interface IPs at the latest technology nodes. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing a team, addressing diverse issues, and achieving organizational goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leading a team to develop innovative methodologies for high-performance cores/IPs implementation. - Collaborating with experts to develop PPA methodologies for complex IPs. - Utilizing Synopsys implementation tools like RTLA and Fusion Compiler to solve critical design challenges. - Working on cutting-edge technology nodes to enhance QOR metrics and achieve best-in-class PPA and TAT targets. - Driving flow development and implementing advanced high-performance interface IPs. **Qualifications Required:** - 8 to 15 years of relevant industry experience with team leading experience. - Advanced knowledge of high-performance cores/IPs implementation methodologies. - Experience with Synopsys implementation tools such as RTLA and Fusion Compiler. - Proficiency in developing PPA methodologies for complex IPs. - Strong understanding of the latest technology nodes and their applications. - Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams.
