R&D Engineering, Manager - PD - PPA Methodologies

As an experienced and innovative engineering leader, you will be leading a team of individual contributors and supervisors to develop innovative methodologies for high-performance cores/IPs implementation. Your strong background in implementing CPUs/GPUs and Interface IPs aiming for optimal performance with minimal power consumption will be utilized to collaborate with an expert team in developing PPA methodologies for complex IPs. You will be utilizing Synopsys implementation tools such as RTLA and Fusion Compiler to solve critical design challenges and working on cutting-edge technology nodes to enhance QOR metrics and achieve best-in-class PPA and TAT targets. Your role will involve driving flow development and implementing advanced high-performance interface IPs while addressing issues of diverse scope and managing task execution according to current business trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leading a team to develop innovative methodologies for high-performance cores/IPs implementation - Collaborating with an expert team to develop PPA methodologies for complex IPs - Utilizing Synopsys implementation tools like RTLA and Fusion Compiler to solve critical design challenges - Working on cutting-edge technology nodes to enhance QOR metrics and achieve best-in-class PPA and TAT targets - Driving flow development and implementing advanced high-performance interface IPs - Addressing issues of diverse scope and managing task execution based on current business trends **Qualifications Required:** - 8 to 15 years of relevant industry experience with team leading experience - Advanced knowledge of high-performance cores/IPs implementation methodologies - Experience with Synopsys implementation tools such as RTLA and Fusion Compiler - Proficiency in developing PPA methodologies for complex IPs - Strong understanding of the latest technology nodes and their applications - Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams You are an innovative and adaptable leader with a passion for technology, a collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strategic thinker able to address diverse issues and manage complex tasks, a results-driven individual focused on achieving organizational goals and objectives, and a lifelong learner committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
