R&D Engineer

As a Product Development Specialist in the Architecture industry, you will play a crucial role in the development and analysis of products. Your responsibilities will include: - Insuring and analyzing the development of products, with a focus on MDF / HDF / Pet Panel & Acoustic Material. - Setting up trials and conducting tests on panels using a comprehensive scoring technique. - Coordinating for product test certificates and ensuring compliance with standards. - Modifying existing products, developing new ones, and researching new ingredients and methods of application. - Working closely with Sales / Marketing to define product characteristics and with Production manager for technology transfer. - Selecting raw materials from suppliers and researching new packaging materials and machines for product quality improvement. - Evaluating information to determine compliance with standards and improving quality control procedures. - Preparing product costing based on raw materials and manufacturing costs to ensure profitability. - Training operations and quality assurance personnel on new manufacturing processes and formulations. - Addressing safety and quality issues, ensuring consistency and safety in processes. - Collaborating with suppliers on quality issues and new product ideas. In addition to the above responsibilities, as part of the R&D department in the Architecture industry, you may be involved in other duties assigned to support product development.
