R&D Engineer - Dessicant Dryer

Objective of the Role

To design and develop dryer products meeting QCD parameters.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Responsible for new product development of Dryers meeting QCD parameters
• Engineering change management and update

Reliable Products

• Ensure Availability, Adequacy & Adherence of process thus enabling quality products
• Defects per million units(DPMU)

Lowest material cost

• Discovering the means to reduce material cost by design

Education Qualifications

• BTech in Mechanical (Preferably MTech in Thermal domain)

Core experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in design and development of desiccant dryers

Preferable Knowledge/Experience

• Core experience in design and development of desiccant dryers for compressed air application
• Knowledge in desiccants, Heat exchangers, fans, valves & controllers
• Knowledge in manufacturing/testing facilities requirements
• Knowledge in supplier network of dryer related parts
• Knowledge in statuary, standard and certification requirements
