R&D Chemist

Role & responsibilities

• Perform all activities in R&D Lab.
• Experimental Design and Execution:
• Design and conduct experiments according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
• Document experimental procedures and results accurately.
• Laboratory Maintenance and Operations:
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory solutions and reagents.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment.
• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze experimental data using appropriate statistical and analytical tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing experimental results.
• Present findings to the R&D team and management.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with other R&D team members to achieve project goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant scientific literature and advancements.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures.
• Dispose of chemical waste according to regulation.
• Carrying out independent reactions, various analysis as per production or company requirement
• Very strong in all R&D operations and strong technical knowledge

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification B.Sc( Organic Chemistry)/M.Sc.( Organic Chemistry) /any equivalent degree in chemical field .
• Preparing and setting up laboratory experiments and tests.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze samples as per standard procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory tools and equipment.
• Record and document test results accurately in lab reports.
• Calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
• Follow safety protocols and handle chemicals with care.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory of lab supplies and chemicals.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors .
