Job Title: R&D Research Associate / R&D Chemist

Role Summary:

The R&D Research Associate will support lab-scale synthesis, process development, and scale-up of specialty chemicals. The role involves hands-on experimentation, process optimization, and smooth transfer of developed processes to pilot or manufacturing scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lab-scale synthesis and process development experiments
• Monitor reactions using TLC, HPLC, GC, NMR, and related techniques
• Document experimental procedures and results accurately
• Support scale-up from gram to kilogram scale and technology transfer
• Assist in analytical method development and customer evaluations
• Maintain lab safety, hygiene, and material inventory

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or related field
• 1–3 years of R&D lab experience in chemical/specialty chemicals
• Hands-on experience in synthesis and reaction monitoring
• Basic understanding of process scale-up and documentation
