Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the BICM Process team in India, your main responsibility will be to lead and facilitate end-to-end risk and control assessments. You will review current controls, track remediation progress, and design internal controls for effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate controls into business operations, update RCSA documentation, prepare reports for leadership and regulatory bodies, and provide support to project teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and facilitate end-to-end risk and control assessments. - Review current controls and suggest improvements. - Track remediation progress for identified control gaps. - Design internal controls for effectiveness and efficiency. - Integrate controls into business operations in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Update RCSA documentation within the risk management system. - Prepare reports for leadership, regulatory bodies, and audit committees. - Provide support to project teams on client sites and internally. - Assist project workstreams and maintain daily communication with clients. - Provide training, guidance, and mentoring to team members. Qualifications Required: - Masters or bachelor's degree. - 6 to 9 years of experience in banking or consulting for commercial financial services. - Experience in operational risk, banking regulations, and compliance. - Experience with current state risk and control assessments, including process mapping. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate in a cross-border setting and engage with stakeholders in the US. - Experience in handling client communications and interactions.
