Job Description: As an RCC Foreman specializing in Aluform work based in Pune, your role involves supervising and coordinating construction activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper use of heavy equipment, managing carpentry and maintenance work, and maintaining clear communication with the team. Your daily tasks will include overseeing operations, ensuring worksite quality and safety, and meeting project deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize supervisory skills for effective team management - Demonstrate proficiency in operating heavy equipment safely - Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively - Apply experience in carpentry and structural work for project success - Perform ongoing maintenance tasks to ensure site functionality - Work on-site in Pune for project management efficiency - Bring relevant experience in construction and real estate high rise projects - Possess certifications or training in construction management as an added advantage Qualification Required: - Supervisory Skills and effective team management - Proficiency with Heavy Equipment operation and safety - Strong Communication skills - Experience in Carpentry and structural work - Capabilities in ongoing Maintenance tasks - Ability to work on-site in Pune - Relevant experience in construction and real estate high rise projects - Certifications or training in construction management are a plus,
