RCC Foreman (Aluform)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an RCC Foreman specializing in Aluform work. The RCC Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities, ensuring the proper use of heavy equipment, managing carpentry and maintenance work, and maintaining clear communication with the team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring the quality and safety of the worksite, and meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and effective team management
• Proficiency with Heavy Equipment operation and safety
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Carpentry and structural work
• Capabilities in ongoing Maintenance tasks
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Relevant experience in construction and real estate High rise projects
• Certifications or training in construction management are a plus
