RC Detailer
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and technically proficientProject Lead (CAD RC) with over 12 years of experience in reinforced concrete(RC) detailing and project coordination. The ideal candidate will overseemultiple detailing projects, manage project planning through Zoho Projects,guide team members, and ensure high-quality deliverables are achieved withintimelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee RC detailing projects frominitiation to delivery, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
Create, assign, and monitor project tasks usingZoho Projects or similar project management tools.
Coordinate with Project Managers and clients toalign on project objectives, deliverables, and schedules.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to teammembers and freshers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Review drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS),and deliverables to maintain quality and accuracy.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues facedby the detailing team in CAD and Revit environments.
Ensure efficient resource allocation andprogress tracking across multiple projects.
Collaborate closely with design and coordinationteams to address project challenges and implement effective solutions.
Contribute to process improvement initiativesand help streamline project workflows.
Requirements Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor/Diploma in Civil or StructuralEngineering.
12+ years of experience in RC detailing usingAutoCAD and CADS RC (or equivalent software).
Strong working knowledge of Revit Structuralwith hands-on modeling and detailing experience.
Proficient in project planning and monitoringthrough Zoho Projects (or similar PM tools).
Excellent understanding of UK/US/ME RC detailingstandards (as applicable).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skillswith the ability to guide and motivate teams.
Effective communication, coordination, andreporting abilities.
Preferred Attributes: Knowledge of Tekla
Experience in handling large-scale ormulti-disciplinary projects.
Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaborationtools.
Ability to work under tight deadlines whilemaintaining high quality.
