Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RAP UI Path professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RPA development, specifically with UiPath, and will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity within the organization.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities
Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA workflows
Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance
Provide support and troubleshooting for automated processes
Document RPA processes, workflows, and best practices
Participate in training and mentoring junior team members

Skills and Qualifications

5-12 years of experience in RPA development using UiPath
Strong understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related tools
Proficient in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or VB.NET
Experience with SQL databases and data manipulation
Knowledge of business process analysis and design
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
