Radiology Trainer

GD Goenka Healthcare Academy, Pune, is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our teaching faculty for Radiology Course. The candidate will play a crucial role for students through high quality education, mentorship, and practical training. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and committed to contributing to the growth of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver theoretical and practical lessons in Radio Imaging Technology to undergraduate and diploma students.

· Stay updated with the latest advancements in imaging techniques and integrate new information into the curriculum.

· Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands on practical sessions in labs.

· Encourage student engagement through interactive discussions, case studies, and problem solving exercises.

· Guide and mentor students in their academic and professional development

· Supervise student projects and practical training sessions

· Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, practical evaluations, and continuous assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (BRIT/MRIT) or higher in Radiology from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical or teaching experience in the field of radiology.

Skills and Competencies:

· Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

· Proficiency in handling radiological equipment (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Xray, etc.).

· Strong organizational and mentorship skills.

· Ability to stay updated with technological advancements and research in the field of medical imaging.

· Commitment to fostering a positive and student focused educational environment.
