Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiology Trainer located in Pendurthi. The Radiology Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to students, developing training materials, conducting practical sessions, and assessing the progress of trainees. The trainer will also ensure that trainees are up-to-date with current radiology practices and standards, collaborate with colleagues to improve training effectiveness, and provide feedback to trainees to foster their growth and development.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise in radiology and related technologies
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to assess the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, or related field
• Relevant industry certifications and experience in the healthcare or education sector is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
