Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Radiology Trainer based in Ludhiana. The Radiology Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing training materials, and assessing competency in radiology practices. The role involves teaching radiology techniques, ensuring trainees meet professional standards, and staying updated with the latest advancements in radiology. Daily tasks include preparing and conducting lectures, conducting hands-on training, evaluating trainee progress, and providing feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Radiology techniques and practices
• Excellent teaching and communication skills
• Proficiency in developing training materials and curriculum
• Experience in assessing and evaluating trainee performance
• Ability to stay current with the latest advancements in the field of Radiology
• Previous experience in healthcare education or training is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, or a related field
• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist is highly desirable
