Radio Access Network Engineer

You are an experienced and results-driven Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer with 5-10 years of expertise in multi-vendor environments such as Huawei, Nokia, and Samsung. Your role involves network optimization, performance analysis, and radio planning across various technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G (SA/NSA). You must possess a deep understanding of network configuration, KPI monitoring, and optimization tools to ensure optimal performance. Your key responsibilities will include performing end-to-end network performance monitoring, analyzing data, and detecting anomalies. Generating and managing performance reports, including KPI analysis, identifying top offenders, and making optimization recommendations is crucial. You will configure and maintain network parameters baselines, provide technical input for hardware and parameter changes, and conduct assessments for network quality enhancement. As a Radio Access Network Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining logical configurations, performing database consistency checks, and utilizing tools like Atoll and MapInfo for planning and visualization. Supporting the creation of dashboards and custom queries in performance management systems is also part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. You must have 5-10 years of experience in Radio Access Network Engineering with a focus on Huawei, Nokia, and/or Samsung. Proficiency in radio network optimization for various technologies and a solid understanding of vendor-specific parameters, features, and configuration practices are essential. Hands-on experience with Atoll, MapInfo, and performance management tools, along with strong analytical and documentation skills, are required. Preferred qualifications include vendor certifications from Huawei, Nokia, or Samsung, exposure to network planning, optimization, troubleshooting, and RCA for multiple operators, and high proficiency in technical and soft skills. As a mandatory requirement, you should possess skills in Radio Access Network, RAN, Radio Access, Performance, Network Performance, Troubleshooting, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), Access Networks, 2G, 3G, 4G, Huawei, Nokia, Samsung, Ericsson, and Optimal Tilt.,
