  • Define the system-level hardware architecture transmit/receive chains, LO, timing, power, and control systems
  • Review and guide the design of RF front-end modules (LNAs, PAs, filters, mixers, synthesizers)
  • Oversee PCB design, layout, and integration for multi-channel radar hardware
  • Ensure robust synchronization, timing accuracy, and calibration across radar channels
  • Collaborate with system, firmware, and DSP teams to achieve radar performance targets (range, resolution, SNR)
  • Drive design reviews, risk assessments, and validation plans from prototype through qualification
  • Manage hardware development schedules, resources, and vendor interfaces
  • Establish best practices for testing, documentation, and configuration control
  • Contribute to strategic technology planning, budgeting, and long-term hardware roadmap
