About the Role

We are seeking an R Developer to evaluate analytical scripts, validate statistical logic, and enhance datasets used for training data-driven AI systems. You will assess code clarity, modeling workflows, and data manipulation techniques. This role is ideal for candidates with strong statistical and analytical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Assess R scripts for correctness and optimization.
• Evaluate statistical logic and data manipulation techniques.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to refine training datasets.
• Support quality assurance for analytical model inputs.

Requirements

• Strong R programming skills.
• Background in statistics, analytics, or data science.
• Familiarity with tidyverse, data wrangling, and modeling.
• Good debugging and reasoning skills.
