Work Hours: 12 PM - 9:00 PM IST (with US overlap) for meetings with Onsite Leadership

Job Summary:

Developer role for the migration of statistical programming assets from SAS to R, supporting clinical trial data analysis and reporting. Suitable for professionals with solid experience in hands-on R and R Shiny development.

Life sciences Biostatistics experience is good to have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate and optimize SAS code into efficient R scripts.
• Develop and maintain R Shiny applications for data visualization and reporting.
• Perform statistical analyses for clinical trial data using R.
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficient in R and R Shiny, with demonstrated project experience.
• Good understanding of SAS and experience with SAS-to-R migration.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) is a plus.
• Senior Developer and Architect level role with strong solutioning skill set for backend - leveraging Python ( Flask API) and should have strong SQL knowledge.
• Should understand the modular and microservice based architecture, framework to capture the user activities login / log out and other audit related activities.
• Should be a good team lead to understand the requirement break them for technical implementation and work with team members to drive the delivery.
• Should have good knowledge of documentation and processes across SDLC phases. Technical Desing, Unit Testing, Code management tool Git/Bitbucket, deployment procedures etc
• Good understanding of AWS services for Python and application hosting.
• React and Life sciences experience will be added advantage
