Role & responsibilities

Maintain check sheet of R&D.

Tracking sheet for Packaging development.

Maintain record of benchmarking products.

Maintain sales data of R&D every month.

Co-ordination between Mkt. and R&D/ Data provided to mkt. for Catalogue development.

Co-ordination with Production for the development of New product samples.

Organize PFM meeting monthly with PMT.

Feasibility of new products/Collection of NPR from Mkt. for New Products.

Arranging customer feedbacks from mkt./PMT.

Request initiation for work order/forecast.

Follow up for new products from team/ Organize daily review with R&D team.

Preferred candidate profile-:

Education:
B.Tech/B.E. (preferably in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/ Biotech)
Experience:
Fresher (01 year)

Preferably Women Candidate.
