Quote to Cash Business Change Champion (Secondment)

As a Q2C Change Champion (Sales Order Management) at LSEG, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of new Quote to Cash tools and processes within internal business groups, such as Customer Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between formal training and full implementation by providing timely support and assistance to operators transitioning to the new ways of working. Key Responsibilities: - Manage business readiness activities for Sales and Order Management teams, ensuring end users are fully briefed and trained on new processes and technologies - Understand the Quote to Cash workflow and identify any gaps in training, communication, or processes - Collaborate with the Business Change team to address identified gaps effectively - Stay informed on how technology changes impact Sales and Order Management processes during the migration, highlighting areas of concern - Provide near real-time support to help users adopt new ways of working and address queries promptly - Work closely with Process Engineering and Support teams to resolve support queries and issues - Answer user queries and provide desk-side support when needed - Monitor chat forums to respond to user queries and facilitate a feedback loop between end users and the project team - Capture, document, and communicate changes to BAU processes resulting from the program - Gather feedback on training and communication for continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Detailed knowledge of D&A Quote to Cash systems, workflows, and processes is essential - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to troubleshoot user queries effectively - Experience in coaching or training operational teams is preferred Join LSEG to be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
