Job Description

The Business Change Champion Role:
The Q2C Change Champion (Sales Order Management) provides first level support for internal Business groups (such as Customer Operations) to drive adoption of new Quote to Cash tools and processes. The Change Champion fills the gap between formal training and full implementation of new ways of working by providing a near real-time response to questions from the operators of the new process.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure business readiness activities are managed for Sales and Order Management teams: End users are fully briefed / trained to accept and implement new ways of working and new / enhanced technology
  • Understand the Quote to Cash (E2E) workflow of what is being delivered and identify any gaps in training, communication or processes
  • Partner with the Business Change team to ensure gaps are addressed accordingly
  • Have knowledge on how the technology changes impact Sales and Order Management processes during migration to new ways of working, and identify areas of concern
  • Provide near real-time response to help users in the adoption of new ways of working
  • Partner with Process Engineering and Support teams to ensure support queries and issues are resolved
  • Answer “How do I….” questions from users
  • Provide desk side support to users
  • Monitor chat forums to respond to user queries
  • Provide feedback loop between end users into the project to ensure mitigation of risks and eliminate any potential blockers to implementation / adoption
  • Act as first line support for user related queries, thereby ensuring only true process gaps and/or systems issues are raised to Process Engineering and Tech support channels
  • Ensure changes to BAU processes as a result of the program are captured, documented and communicated
  • Gather feedback for training and communication received and document lessons learned
Experience:
  • Detailed knowledge of D&A quote to cash systems, workflows and processes is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to trouble shoot user queries
  • Experience of coaching or training operational teams preferred
