GlobalBees is building one of India’s fastest-scaling quick commerce verticals across multiple consumer categories – and we’re looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead this journey.
Location: Gurgaon | Function: Operations & Category
- Own the P&L and strategy for our Q-comm business (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon Fresh, Flipkart Quick & more)
- Lead platform partnerships, category & assortment strategy, and supply chain design for express delivery
- Drive growth, profitability, and visibility across brands & categories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution at scale
✔️ 8-10 years in FMCG/e-commerce/retail, with 2-3 years in quick commerce
✔️ Proven track record of P&L ownership, supply chain innovation & marketplace leadership
✔️ An entrepreneurial leader who thrives in building new businesses from the ground up
