This is a contract to hire opportunity.

Duration 1+Year (Extendable).

Detailed JD:

• Minimum Relevant Experience of 6 years as Archiving Tool Admin
• Good Knowledge on Quest Archive Manager ,IBM Inforsphere  Optim, Veritas Enterprise Vault,&  IIS services
• Knowledge on Windows & Linux Server operating System & Services
• Proficiency in Powershell/Windows scripting.
• Knowledge of middleware platforms:
• Understanding of server provisioning, incident, and request handling.
• Familiarity with change and release management processes.

• Manage and support the

  Quest Archive Manager

  , Veritas Enterprise Vault, IBM Infosphere Optim, and IIS application& services.
• Administer server components not covered by global shared services.
• Monitor AGCS managed server infrastructure for stability, availability, backups, and security.
• Perform configuration changes and routine administration tasks.
• Provide operational support during business and non-business hours, including weekends.
• Assist in troubleshooting, testing, remediation, and resolution of IT-related issues.
• Align with change and release management teams to ensure successful deployment of updates.
• Review job scripts and execute functional testing during change or DR test activities.
• Create and maintain documentation for new implementations and existing platforms.
• Ensure adherence to ISO and regulatory security and encryption standards.
• Administrative & Compliance Requirements:
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for operationalizing new implementations and existing platforms.
• Ensure all server components comply with ISO and other regulatory security standards.
• Align with service management processes and procedures for issue resolution.
• Coordinate with other teams and service providers to ensure compliance with IT infrastructure policies.
• Administer server components not covered by global shared services.
