Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to
international patient queries
received via email, website, or referral partners within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Coordinate with consultants, clinical coordinators, and finance teams to prepare
medical opinions, treatment plans, and cost estimates
.
Ensure medical information shared complies with
confidentiality and ethical standards
.
Assist patients with
pre-arrival formalities
including visa invitation letters, appointment scheduling, and travel guidance.
Liaise with embassies, medical facilitators, and partner agencies for visa, documentation, and clearance support.
Manage all communication channels — email, phone, WhatsApp, or CRM — ensuring courteous and prompt replies.
Track and monitor the
query-to-conversion ratio
, providing analytics and monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with the hospital’s clinical, billing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on patient requirements.
Handle
post-arrival coordination
, ensuring smooth registration, admission, and stay arrangements for international patients.
Resolve escalations or grievances related to service delays, cost variations, or communication gaps.
Support in organizing
international outreach, medical camps, and referral partner engagement
.
Maintain updated patient records in CRM and ensure follow-up on pending or repeat queries.
Participate in
quality improvement initiatives
and ensure service excellence aligned with hospital standards.
