Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Nagpur. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost planning, cost control, and managing bills of quantities (BOQ). Day-to-day tasks include preparing cost reports, managing project budgets, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery. The role requires frequent coordination with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure the financial success of projects.

Qualifications

Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management
Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
