Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with strong practical knowledge in building construction to handle estimation, billing, and cost control activities for multiple projects.

The candidate will work closely with site engineers, project managers, and the accounts team to ensure accurate measurements, billing, and financial tracking. The role focuses on quality and perfection of work rather than fixed site timings. If required, the candidate may work from home, provided all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the stipulated time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare BOQ, estimates, and rate analysis

2. Take site measurements for RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc.

3. Prepare Running Account (RA) bills & final bills

4. Verify contractor & vendor bills

5. Prepare variation / extra item statements

6. Coordinate with site engineers for measurement accuracy

7. Maintain cost tracking & comparison with budget

8. Support tender documentation if required

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
