We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity surveyor for oversee and manage our construction project. Bill Preparation and Verification Prepare, verify, and submit bills based on the completed work, ensuring all billing adheres to contract terms. Conduct measurement checks and verify quantities for accurate billing documentation. Site Visits and Inspections Conduct site visits to measure work progress, check materials, and validate quantities for billing. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met before billing and invoicing. Coordination with Teams Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams for efficient project execution. Maintain communication with clients and vendors to clarify billing as needed. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Experience: 2-3 years in billing & estimation in construction or infrastructure projects. Preferred Skills Experience with AutoCAD, Excel or similar software is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
