Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor for our company, your role will involve keeping the project on schedule and within budget to prevent time and cost overruns. You will be responsible for efficiently managing the construction costs and providing cash flow data to facilitate financial arrangements for each project stage. Additionally, you will assess the cost impacts of project changes like delays and variations. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure project stays on schedule and within budget - Manage construction costs efficiently - Provide cash flow data for financial arrangements - Assess cost effects of project changes Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Civil Engineering - Minimum 10 years of professional experience - Minimum 5 years of experience in highway projects, including preparation of BOQ and Rate Analysis - Experience as Quantity Surveyor / Documentation Expert in at least 2 Highway Road Projects,
