Job description:

Must have B.E./B.Tech In Civil Engineering Degree and well experienced as a billing engineer minimum of 3 years. Knowing estimation, Quantity takeoff and costing will be added advantage.

Job Description

Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
Prepare detailed Comparative Statements for submitted tenders.
To be well versed with BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and Rate analysis.
Verify & process contractor and sub-contractor submitted Running bills/Invoices for certifications by Checking measurements at site and GFC drawings.
Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
Preparing reconciliation statements for each projects as per client requirements.
Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety and quality at lower costs by evaluating different options without compromising the architectural design intent.
Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.
Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation.
Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget.
Proper Bill tracking for each project from contractors and keeping records.
Prepare and submit accurate invoices/Bill details from contractor to clients based on project milestones and deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
