Job description

Must have B.E./B.Tech In Civil Engineering Degree and well experienced as a billing engineer minimum of 3 years. Knowing estimation, Quantity takeoff and costing will be added advantage.

Job Description

• Prepare Preliminary Estimates at proposal stages.
• Prepare detailed Comparative Statements for submitted tenders.
• To be well versed with BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) and Rate analysis.
• Verify & process contractor and sub-contractor submitted Running bills/Invoices for certifications by Checking measurements at site and GFC drawings.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender.
• Preparing reconciliation statements for each projects as per client requirements.
• Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety and quality at lower costs by evaluating different options without compromising the architectural design intent.
• Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the same.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities and documentation.
• Track project expenses and ensure they are within budget.
• Proper Bill tracking for each project from contractors and keeping records.
• Prepare and submit accurate invoices/Bill details from contractor to clients based on project milestones and deliverables.
