Carry out quantity surveying and maintain Master BOQ.
Create work packages (doors, windows, wardrobes, false ceiling, etc.).
Perform quantity take-offs and verify progress with drawings & RFIs.
Maintain rate analysis, cost codes, and update monthly CWP.
Prepare/verify IPCs and certify subcontractor bills with evidence.
Maintain variation/change order log (scope, qty, rate, EOT, impact).
Negotiate rates and unsupported claims; recommend approvals.
