Quantity surveyor / Billing Engineer

As a Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer (Building / MEP) with our heritage restoration and conservation firm, your role will be crucial in supporting the ongoing projects located in various cities such as Bhopal, Gwalior, Ahmedabad, Ranchi, and Delhi. Working on-site in New Delhi, North India, you will be responsible for tasks including preparing BOQ, conducting Rate Analysis, Quantity Surveying, analyzing billing systems, and utilizing your analytical skills to facilitate the billing process. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) accurately to support project requirements - Conduct thorough Rate Analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to project budgets - Utilize Quantity Surveying skills to assess materials, costs, and labor requirements for each project - Analyze billing systems and make recommendations for process improvements - Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD software for efficient project management - Apply analytical skills for data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making processes - Utilize experience in Billing Systems and Rate Analysis in CPWD format for project alignment - Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project milestones are met - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective project coordination - Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy in all project-related tasks Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying skills - Strong command of Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD software - Analytical skills for effective data analysis and interpretation - Experience in Billing Systems and Rate Analysis in CPWD format - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Join our team and contribute to the preservation and restoration of heritage buildings with your expertise as a Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer.,
