Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer( Interiors & Civil )

An Interior Billing Engineer's job responsibilities include preparing and certifying bills (including interim and final payment certifications), maintaining billing records, and reconciling material consumption. They are also responsible for verifying project costs, managing extra items, tracking expenses against the budget, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing to clients and subcontractors. Key tasks also involve coordinating with site and design teams, handling billing-related client communication, and ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies.

• Billing and invoicing: Prepare and certify interim and final bills, manage subcontractor bills, and process invoices based on project milestones and deliverables.
• Record keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all billing activities, measurement sheets, and payment statuses.
• Cost control and analysis: Track project expenses to ensure they are within budget, analyze costs, and identify potential cost-saving measures.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile material consumption (such as steel, cement, and other materials) and labor against the budget, and ensure recovery of excess usage.
• Client and stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with project managers, designers, and site engineers to gather necessary information for billing, coordinate with the accounts department, and provide billing-related information to clients.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain a bill of quantities (BOQ), certifications, and all other supporting documentation required for billing.
• Quality assurance: Verify the accuracy and completeness of all billing documentation, including checking that work and materials match contract specifications.
• Extra items and variations: Identify and prepare documentation for any extra items or variations that arise during the project.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
