Job Title: QS Engineer Design

Experience:

34 years of relevant experience as a QS Engineer

Qualification:

BE Civil Engineering
B. Tech Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil Engineering

Location:

Head Office.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs based on design drawings
Coordinate closely between the
Design Department
and
QS Department
to ensure accuracy and alignment
Analyze drawings, specifications, and design changes for quantity impact
Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and design-stage quantity analysis
Review and validate quantities during various design stages
Support design optimization from a cost and quantity perspective
Maintain proper documentation and records related to quantities and estimates

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of civil design drawings
Good coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
Ability to work collaboratively with design and QS teams
Attention to detail and accuracy
