Role Description This is a contract role for a Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Faculty at Success Scholar. This is an on-site role located in Kolkata. The faculty member will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging instructional content on Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning topics. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, evaluating student progress, providing feedback, and maintaining a positive learning environment to ensure student success. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning topics Experience in teaching or training in an educational setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate students Proficiency in using educational technology tools Master's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field preferred Experience in coaching students for competitive exams is a plus Commercial Contract to Hire (end to end project) Show more Show less
