We have an exciting opportunity for you to leverage your analytics expertise to drive impactful change and career growth within our dynamic team

As a Quant Analytics Associate in the Customer Experience Analytics team , you will lead initiatives to enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across teams to deliver data-driven insights, develop automated solutions, and present findings to stakeholders, all while contributing to a culture of learning and innovation.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead partnerships with Operations stakeholders and Product groups, applying strong business and data understanding
  • Provide analytics leadership to support product strategy across CCB Operations
  • Develop and report on performance metrics and KPIs using advanced quantitative methods
  • Analyze customer interactions across channels to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
  • Build business cases, design tests, and analyze pilot program performance to inform future strategies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of insights and recommendations to executives and business partners
  • Create automated visualizations and self-service tools to measure product impact and key trends

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Master’s degree in a quantitative or related field
  • Four years of related experience in analytics or data science
  • Hands-on experience with at least four of SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx, R
  • Experience sourcing, transforming, and analyzing structured and unstructured data
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with senior leaders
  • Proven ability to deliver analytics solutions under strict timelines
  • Solid understanding of IT processes, databases, and collaboration with data owners

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with data mining, statistical concepts, forecasting, predictive modeling, and machine learning
  • Experience with automated reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to structure problems, develop analytical frameworks, and address business and technical risks
  • Leadership drive with experience mentoring team members and fostering growth opportunities
