Etharia Quants is a proprietary trading & quantitative research firm focused on building institutional-grade algorithmic trading strategies for the Indian and global markets. Etharia Quants is owned and led by senior markets professionals & Ex-wall street bankers with deep experience in global investment banks and electronic trading. You will be learning directly in a front-line trading environment, not in a classroom.

What you will do.

You will work on and build sophisticated proprietary trading strategies, not academic prototypes.

You will get access to institutional-grade software, data feeds and algorithms and assist senior Quant traders to back test and develop new trading strategies.

Youll see real-time P&L, risk and execution and how your models behave in live markets.

You will be trained from the ground up in quantitative trading, even if you are a fresher but will require good understanding of statistics, probability and the equities and commodities markets.

Our ideal candidate

Must have completed MBA, BTECH, MTECH

A naturally curious mind – you like asking “why?” and digging into data to find answers

A strong attitude to solve problems – you enjoy breaking complex problems into smaller parts and fixing them systematically

Comfort with numbers, logic and data open to learn programming in python, C++.

Any project or coursework in data analysis, machine learning or time series

Familiarity with markets like NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, F&O or global indices
