The Quality System Manager for QMS COE position at ofi, based in Bangalore, India, plays a crucial role in overseeing quality management systems across various sites. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in quality systems within the food industry and possess advanced knowledge in data analytics, visualization tools (such as PowerBI, Tableau), databases (including MySQL, Power Query), and programming languages (such as Python). This position reports directly to the Global QMS COE Head. Key Responsibilities include serving as the Point of Contact for all QuEST communication, supporting global initiatives on the QuEST platform, data collection and analysis, audit coordination, report and dashboard preparation, and system document standardization. The candidate should have a degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Data Analytics, with a master's degree being an advantage. Strong project management skills, proficiency in data analytics tools, database languages, and programming languages, as well as expertise in data science projects, are essential. The individual should be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and attention to detail, and be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.,
