Quality Supervisor

As a Quality Supervisor in the landscaping and gardening industry, your role involves overseeing material quality, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. You will be responsible for supervising inspections, maintaining quality standards, and supporting project teams to deliver high-quality work. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise inspection of materials during or before delivery and promptly report any discrepancies. - Coordinate with vendors to address incorrect product deliveries and arrange for replacements. - Maintain quality checklists, photographic documentation, and inspection reports for reference. - Guide and support project teams to ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards. - Monitor ongoing work at sites to ensure alignment with company and client requirements. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of civil works or electrical works. - Effective communication, supervision, and vendor management skills. - Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to lead site teams and enforce quality standards effectively. Qualifications: - Mandatory Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Preferred Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Experience: - Minimum 12 years of experience in quality assurance, material inspection, or site supervision. - Experience in civil engineering or real estate projects would be advantageous. In this full-time role, you will be expected to work in person at various project locations to ensure quality and compliance with standards.,
