Quality Supervisor

As a Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following tasks: - Develop standard operating procedures as required - Work closely with Compliance and RBA leads supporting GSN to ensure the team is aligned with regulatory requirements - Identify and develop strategies, performance indicators, and project improvement opportunities - Be able to apply problem-solving tools and methods to coordinate and/or lead investigation teams - Use auditing as a proactive tool for improving compliance and challenge existing practices where appropriate - Manage notification (DMRs), responsiveness, containment, root cause determination, corrective action, and closure of supplier quality issues - Maintain the production specification implementation process - Support the complaint handling process to assure timely and accurate feedback - Maintain the retainer review process Qualifications required: - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements - Excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to work well within a team and independently - Strong communication and organizational skills Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.,
