As we continue to expand our manufacturing capabilities and product portfolio, we are seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager to lead our electric two-wheeler store operations. Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor to manage the quality control management systems, Inspection and testing techniques of e-bike components, spare parts, and finished products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Quality management systems to ensure smooth operations. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality operations to ensure products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves supervising QA/QC staff, conducting audits, analyzing data, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to Plant Manager. Supervise quality control inspectors/technicians and coordinate daily quality activities. Ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and applicable regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, HACCP). Conduct product and process audits, identify non-conformances, and lead root cause analyses. Monitor production processes and quality metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. Maintain quality documentation, including inspection records, test reports, and CAPA logs. Train and mentor quality staff in inspection techniques, testing protocols, and company procedures. Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. Participate in supplier quality evaluations and incoming material inspections. Support new product introductions and process validations. Assist in preparing for external audits and customer inspections. Ensure quality standards are met in production/processes. Conduct regular inspections and audits. Identify and address quality issues. Implement corrective actions. Collaborate with production team to improve quality. Develop and maintain quality documentation. Train team members on quality procedures. Check and make a function wise QC report of new vehicles and new developed parts. Understand client requirements and expectations. Make a PDI Report. Responsible for quality checks of vehicle. Reject all the incoming raw materials which fails to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the Plant Manager at the earliest. Getting client feedback, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting the auditors. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of experience in a quality assurance/control role and supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, Six Sigma, Lean). Strong knowledge of inspection methods, statistical process control, and root cause analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).
