Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Specialist III to join our team at Watson Pharma Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize quality control systems.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and progress towards goals.
Ensure all quality control activities comply with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or biology.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including GMP and ISO standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
